Delayed Deliveries with Premier Subscription
I signed up for the Premier subscription hoping to receive my orders promptly, but I've faced delays of up to four days on multiple occasions. The customer service has noticeably declined; when I reached out about my order's status, the response was just to 'be patient.' If I wanted to be patient, I wouldn't have opted for next-day delivery! ASOS didn't keep me updated on my parcel's location and left me to track it down through Royal Mail myself. This is a clear case of inadequate customer support—save your money on the Premier subscription as it offers no real advantages when deliveries are consistently late.
Had a mixed experience with customer support...
I recently dealt with customer service and it wasn't the best at first, but once I escalated my issue, they really stepped up to resolve it. The final outcome exceeded my expectations, which was a pleasant surprise considering how things started. I'm thankful for the resolution, so while I can't give a full 5 stars, I believe 4 stars is still quite fair!
Very let down by ASOS lately…
I've been quite let down by ASOS's customer support over the past couple of years. I've been a loyal shopper for ages and used to rave about their service, but things have taken a turn for the worse recently. I always opt for the £9.95 annual delivery plan, which promises next-day delivery, but since renewing it, my orders have been delayed multiple times and one even went missing entirely. After reaching out to them for a refund on the premier delivery fee—since I'm not receiving what I paid for—they refused to assist me in any way. It feels like they've just pocketed my £9.95 without providing any value in return. I understand they can't control postal delays, but when these issues happen repeatedly, there should be some form of compensation offered to customers who specifically pay for expedited service. To top it off, while I was drafting this review, I was left waiting on their online chat with no response from their team after expressing my dissatisfaction; they simply closed the chat instead of addressing my concerns. Not impressed at all.
